…Now, perhaps you, like me, have at this point assumed that this is an eye-catching title for a book of recipes  about dealing with all sorts of seasonal gluts. Courgettes, certainly, but also blackberries, tomatoes, apples…  After all, this was a proper book-sized book - about 200 pages - it could hardly ALL be courgette recipes, could it? Oh yes. It could. In case anyone forgot or didn’t know that this existed. John Finnemore stumbles upon a very niche cookbook and writes his commentary on it.
